To reinforce Cigna’s position as a proactive health partner, I designed a new content experience on their Hong Kong website: the Smart Health Blog. This platform offers wellness knowledge under four intuitive categories—Eat, Live, Move, and Medical—featuring educational blogs, lifestyle tips, and clean visual navigation.
The goal was to make health content both approachable and easy to navigate, improving SEO and increasing user time-on-site while aligning with Cigna’s trusted brand identity.
UX Strategy & Interface Design
Designed a modular layout system in Figma, enabling scalable blog pages and card components for ongoing content updates.
Created a short-card interface for intuitive filtering—making it easy for users to explore health topics by interest.
Applied clean typography, spacious layout, and calm color palettes to evoke a sense of clarity and wellbeing.
Content Visual Direction
Developed a consistent image style using clean photography and iconography to support content readability.
Suggested content hierarchy and spacing to keep the experience minimal, informative, and scroll-friendly.
Balanced medical credibility with lifestyle friendliness—creating a bridge between authority and accessibility.
